The resin we use is "non toxic" and FDA approved "food safe" however, we recommend serving food with a "barrier" like baking paper between food items and resin surface. Treat wooden tray like any other wooden item, do not soak, do not place in the dishwasher, dry thoroughly, wipe with damp cloth.
